Mesh Rebuild Tool Performance Improvement

Our recent development on improving the performance of the mesh rebuild tool in HyperMesh 2023 was released.

Over the past few months a big amount of my development work was put into improving the performance of the mesh Rebuild tool. In the 2023 release we have achieved a huge performance boost, with up to 90% speed increase for very large (number of elements) models.
